He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida with more than 25 years of experience in structural and civil engineering, forensic investigations, construction management, and project delivery.
Over the course of his career, Peter Quinn has investigated construction defects, construction accidents, structural failures, code-compliance issues, contractor performance, and standard of care matters involving residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure projects
His experience spans residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has investigated structural failures, construction defects, crane and construction accidents, storm damage, foundation movement, building envelope failures, code-compliance issues, and a wide variety of property damage claims.
Before founding Q&A, LLC, Mr. Quinn held senior leadership positions with nationally recognized forensic engineering and consulting firms, where he managed multidisciplinary engineering teams while conducting complex forensic investigations and providing expert consulting services.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has completed extensive continuing education in structural analysis, foundation design, bridge inspection, OSHA safety, and construction engineering.
Mr. Quinn has provided expert testimony through trial, deposition, arbitration, and litigation support involving construction defects, structural failures, construction accidents, and property damage claims.
Peter Quinn proudly served four years of active duty in the United States Army's 82nd Airborne Division. His military experience reinforced the discipline, leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service that continue to influence his engineering practice today.
